Lawful Basis (UK GDPR + PECR)
Strictly necessary cookies are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website — no consent is required for these. All other categories of cookie (performance, functional, advertising) are placed only on the basis of your freely given, informed consent via the on-page cookie banner. You may withdraw that consent at any time by changing your preference in the banner or by clearing the relevant browser storage.
How to Manage Your Cookies on Nexus Core Animal
When you first visit the Site, a cookie consent banner offers you two choices: "Accept All Cookies" (enables performance, functional, and advertising cookies in addition to strictly necessary ones) or "Essential Only" (keeps only strictly necessary cookies). Your choice is stored in localStorage under the key __cc_v1. To change your mind later, clear that key using your browser's developer tools (Application → Local Storage → nexuscoreanimal.com), then reload the page — the banner will reappear.

Third-Party Cookies and Services
The following third-party providers may set cookies or access data when you visit the Site, subject to your consent where required:
- Cloudflare — provides hosting, content delivery, and security services. Cloudflare may set
__cf_bm(bot management, strictly necessary) and process request metadata. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal when you arrive at the Site, we treat it as a withdrawal of consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and only strictly necessary cookies will be set. We do not currently offer a technical response to the older Do Not Track (DNT) header, as there is no agreed standard for its implementation — but the GPC signal is a meaningful and enforceable alternative that we respect.
